Evaluation
Another thought occurred to me regarding the pixelation on scaling issue. Next time, I shall try using After Effect's 3D camera to move the image in 3D space. If that doesn't help, I will resort to the solution of making a giant piece of artwork and zooming it from below 100% to 100%.
Apart from the slight text pixelation, I think I achieved the feel in my piece I was going for. The smooth transitions work well with the chord changes in the music and I feel the feedback given, in the end, made this a better piece!
