Unfortunately, it's been two days and we've had no reply from Alison.
I decided to search for someone to call, and came across a phone number on the BiGiAM's website. I was given Mark's number - I notified him about the mock-up we sent to Alison. He said he'd chase Alison up and let her know we'd send it!
